Views From Mountain Side

You can see what the side of the mountain looks like. From farther up, you can look down onto the pasture and see the creek flowing. The creek is the North Fork of Mill Creek. You can also see Aladdin Road, which is the eastern boundary to the property. The acreage is flat and useable along the bottom half and then goes up and over the top of the mountain to the west. There are logging trails on various portions of the mountain side...good for hiking or getting firewood or rock hounding.

April Views of the Pasture

These are various shots of the pasture. The new grass is just coming in. Spring is late this year.

Bathroom Improvements

I refinished the old countertop and painted the cabinets doors and the trim black. I also replaced the sink and under counter plumbing. A new toilet and floor laminate is complete. I replaced the light fixtures as well and added a nice oak medicine cabinet.

Refinished Tub

I refinished the bathtub. It looks so much better. I also refinished the tub enclosure. I have added all new faucets.

Ceramic Tile Counter Top

I replaced the old formica with ceramic tile. I replaced the particle board counter with 3/4 inch plywood. It looks really nice. The tile is lighter than it appears in the photos. I also replaced the sink and added a cast iron sink. I refinished the sink as well. I added all new faucets and under counter plumbing. I will get to the cabinets as soon as I find time.

New Laminate in Kitchen

I laid down new laminate in the kitchen today. It looks great.

View from the front porch of the mobile. We don't get a lot of snow down here.
